National Museum of Indonesia has been collaborating with Google, through Google's new program called Google Art Project.
Google Art Project is a global partnership program which was pioneered and promoted by Google to include 151 cultural institutions from 40 countries. National Museum of Indonesia is one of the museums whose collections are displayed in Google Art Project.
As reported, since it was launched in February 2011, Google Art Project has been growing rapidly and the Google Art Project has been holding more cultural institutions from different countries.
With the presence of this virtual gallery, certainly an important step to introduce the works of art, as well as the diversity of history, art and culture of Indonesia worldwide.
