Canon EOS 5D Mark III officially released

Canon EOS 5D Mark III is now officially released. As expected, the specifications of these cameras has increased from the 5D Mark II, plus it also adopts the key features of the Canon EOS-1D X.

Reporting from ZDNet, Saturday (02/03/2012), Canon EOS 5D Mark III is released in the figure USD 3.499 for the body only.

Mark III is supported by the processor Digic 5+ and full frame CMOS sensor 22.3 MP. Together with 1DX-EOS, Canon EOS 5D Mark III has a 61 point autofocus system.

Another advantage gained from this camera is that its video capabilities have improved, also with noise reduction.

This camera also has a headphone jack that is attached to a built-in and setting the audio level to 64 level that can be set-set during filming.

For the design aspect, the 5D Mark III has not changed much from the Mark II, but here Canon further enhance the ability of dust and weather resistant.

- Maximum ISO 25.600 (standard), 102.400 (expanded)
- A maximum image size of 5784 x 3856
- HDR Mode and Multiple Exposure
- In-camera RAW processing
- Intelligent Auto Mode Scene
- Supports high-speed memory card UDMA Compact Flash 7
- 3.2-inch LCD, 1.04 million-dot
