Everyone expects him to be a leader. They often do not realize that in fact they are the leaders themselves. Almost everyone becomes a leader in their environment respectively, regardless of the size of the number of people in the group even though only one person, then he still say as a leader. Even the man himself had to be able to lead themselves.

Usually people who have strong principles to become a great leader, through its influence is strong. If someone does not have principles, we can be sure that they will become a follower only.
